May 3, 2010 - Patrick R. Holland, President and CEO of Varay Systems, released the announcement that Emmanuel Ortega has joined the firm as Service Desk Coordinator.

Holland said, "I am happy to announce the addition of Emmanuel to the Varay team.  The Service Desk is a vital part of our Support Center as it is the first line of contact for all service calls that are received from clients.  I am confident that Emmanuel's background in logistics will bring our services to yet another level.  Our clients can look forward to benefiting from his experience and the level of customer service that we strive to maintain."

Ortega previously worked as the Lead for the Brokerage Department at Expeditors International.  He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business at UTEP.  Ortega is active in the community, having received the President's Service Award, serving as a volunteer for DECA, and as an Ambassador for Entrepreneurship Week USA.
